Yesterday at kidzaniakl , together with our Silver Sneakers members, beloved Alpro members, and valued partners, we launched the 2026 Health & Habit Calendar 📅 , an initiative created to bring practical, guided health tips into everyday family life. Curated by family doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and dietitians, each day offers a gentle reminder to eat better 🍽️, move more 🏃‍♀️, rest well 😴, and care for overall wellbeing in ways that are simple, realistic, and achievable.
